Each year, the Reflections Program challenges students to create art that supports a specific theme. Themes are selected from thousands of ideas submitted by students to the National PTA Reflections theme search.

The theme for this year is “Within Reach”

This phrase can be used in the literal sense or figuratively, it’s all up to the interpretation of the student. Please encourage your student to first “reflect” on the theme and what it means to them. This will be the artist statement for their entry. This process of thinking will also bring out their unique ideas and will lead to original art, which is the intention behind the Reflections program.
